丸太町十二段家さん。初めてお伺いしました。
開店11時半の15分前にお店に到着しましたが、すでに並んで待っている先客あり。
並ぶの覚悟で列についたところにお店の方が出てこられ、『お暑いでしょうから。お食事は始められませんが、どうぞ店内に入ってお待ちください。』と、お席へ通して下さいました！心遣いに気持ちがあがります(^O^)
食事は、ぶぶ漬けコースの真ん中にあたる 水菜 を選びました。2080円ですが、ボリューム満点！
この価格で、この品数、お味、量。素晴らしいです。
だし巻き玉子は、本当に美味しくてびっくりしました。
お出汁の含み加減が自分の好みにぴったりでした。
小鉢も煮物も、家庭的な美味しさがあり、おばんざいの良さを堪能できました。
白米自体も美味しく、まずは、ごはんとお漬物とで食べ進め、2膳目からはお茶漬にしていただきました。
ああ，京都のお漬物はやっぱり美味しいなあと思い、また、ああ、京番茶のなんと美味しいこと、と思いながら、お茶漬けをすすり。
至福のお昼ごはんとなりました。
お出汁、おばんざい、お漬物にお茶とお店の方の心配り。京都の食文化が詰まったお食事です。
