鳥丸駅より徒歩5分。
京都市下京区永原町にあります「くちばしモダン」さんへ訪問です。
くちばしモダンさんは今年で開業11年。
焼き鳥店「とりと」から独立したご主人のお店で、食べログ焼鳥百名店にも選出されてます。
店内はストレートカウンター7席にテーブル席あり。カウンター席の間隔はかなり狭いので窮屈なのがかなり気になりました。
今回はおまかせコース5,500円。
京野菜を使った前菜とサラダに、青森シャモロックモモ焼きに串7本、最後に〆物コースについて足らなければ追加注文。
ねぎま、ちょうちんは美味しかったですが全体的に火入れのムラを感じました。
〆物はラーメン、おにぎり、スープ茶漬け、TKG、焼鳥丼から選べます。
〆のラーメンは
京都の人気ラーメン店"麺屋 猪一"さんから提供してもらっている麺に、くちばしモダンさんの鶏がらスープを用いたラーメンが意外にも美味しかったです！
明朗会計で5,000円前後の価格帯なりには
十分楽しめる焼鳥店の印象です。
