ガルガンチュアさんでディナー
ワインは持ち込みで。(緊急事態宣言発令前です)
どのお料理も美味しく、シェフのセンスが光ります。
鯖はたっぷりの玉ねぎとミントを合わせている事によって、ワインとも喧嘩せず美味しくいただけました。
メインの鴨とクレソンのお鍋は、鴨の骨と香草をたっぷり使ってとったコンソメスープが滋味深く、白ワインを使ってるのかな？と思った酸味はなんとトマト。
白味噌ドレッシングを使った人参のサラダも美味しくて、こういうさり気ないお料理をドンピシャの味でキメるのって本当に凄いし、さすがプロだなと思いました。
シェフもマダムも素敵な方で、年齢を聞いてビックリ。
