外輪山どーなつというお菓子を購入した。これは見た目はドーナツのように穴が開いており、阿蘇山をイメージしているのは名前からしてもよくわかる。マーガリンや生クリーム、そしてはちみつが配合されており、フィナンシェに近い。フィナンシェのように濃い味ではなくドーナツとフィナンシェの間と言ったところか。個人的にはおすすめできる逸品だ。手がベトベトするので、旅の途中で食べるときにはお手拭きを用意しておこう。
