熊本県熊本市中央区南坪井町にある【キジヤ】さんにお邪魔です。
マイレビ様の口コミを拝見して前から行ってみたいと思って訪問です。
日曜日は15時からオープンされてるみたいで早飲みの時間帯にピッタリです！
店内は入ってカウンター席と奥に２つテーブル席と限界にテラス席っぽいお席があります。
とりあえず、瓶ビールで乾杯ですね！
オーダー
◯前菜3種
・かぼちゃの冷製スープ
かぼちゃの本来の甘味を活かした味付けでコリンキーという生で食べれるかぼちゃを使われてました。
・タコと季節野菜のサラダ
彩りの良いサラダに生タコの食感がGOODです。
・サバの炙りとじゃがいも
サバはレアな仕上げで、上に乗ってる大葉のペーストとじゃがいもと一緒に食べると美味しいです。
◯黒岩土鶏白レバームース
薄めのカリカリのラスクのように仕上げられたバケットにレバーを塗ります。レバーの上には自家製の栗のジャムがあり甘味がレバーの臭みを消してくれる一品です。
◯赤ワイン
レバームースに合わせてフランス産のピノ・ノワールをペアリングして頂きました。
◯県産オオモンハタのポワレ 野菜のスープ仕立て
ハタがカリっと皮目が焼かれており旨味がスープに入り込んでおりGOODです！お野菜の旨味と相乗効果で素晴らしい一品です。
◯ハタに合わせて、ドイツ産の白ワインをペアリングしてもらいました。
◯ヤリイカの詰め物
豚肉のミンチやチョリソーが入っており最後はトマトソースの旨味で閉じ込めた一品です！
◯香心ポーク ロース肉のロースト
肉厚で迫力あるボリュームです！キノコソースとも相性ピッタリで、お肉も柔らかくて下味もバッチリでした！
◯自家製レモンサワー
酸味と甘味のバランスが取れたレモンサワーでお肉の脂をサッパリと流せました。
一つ一つのお料理が丁寧に仕上がられてありますし、ペアリングやお料理の説明も丁寧にしてくれますので、初めての方も行きやすいお店だと感じました！
土日は早い時間からオープンするので、明るい内に飲むお酒は格別ですね！
