熊本出張の際に、新幹線に乗る前に熊本ラーメンを食べたくて、ランチで利用しました。改札口近くの商業施設内にあり、とても便利です。本店は町の中心部にあるそうですが、駅ナカにあるこのお店はアクセスが良いです。今回は太肉麺をチョイスしました。キャベツと豚の角煮が乗っており、結構なボリュームです。ベーシックなラーメンに半チャーハンのセットでも良かったのですが、太肉麺に初チャレンジしました。スープは白っぽい豚骨ベースで、見た目よりもあっさりしていてクセもありません。豚骨も使っているのでしょうが、臭みはありません。マー油がかけられており、アクセントになっています。麺は少し固茹で目の中太麺で、歯応えがありとても美味しかったです。キャベツや煮豚を食べながらラーメンをすする感じで、家系ラーメンのキャベチャーの肉増しな感じです。キャベツがスープにとても合っていますね。立地も便利で、味もとても美味しかったです。熊本で新幹線に乗る時には、何だかんだでこちらのお店にお世話になっています。
