息子夫婦と一緒に2022年12月、『かいだ屋さん』でうなぎを…ということで向かうと既に年末のお休みに突入❗️
ということで、余程食べたかったのでしょう…息子がホームページで27日が年末最終日ということを事前チェックの上、リベンジのために訪問‼️
私めも、妻がうなぎを食べない為2018年会社の懇親会で訪れて以来の訪問です( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )ですので、並びは承知の上ですが、先ず駐車場が案の定満車(°▽°)
奥の空いたスペースにハザードを点滅させて駐車し、キーマンの私めがウェイティングボードに3名と記入して呼出ベルを受け取り、丁度駐車場が空いたので車を停めさせ順番を待ちます⊂((・x・))⊃
車で待っていると、知り合いが満足げに店舗から出てきたので声をかけると、「高知の人でここで鰻を食さず何処で食べるのかな〜」(彼は北海道出身)と言う程のうなぎ料理！(◎_◎;)
40分ほど待って店内へ…迷わず［特上うな重5,500円なり］を注文→ここから鰻を捌くので40分ほどまた待たされるのは知っています(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)
予定通り40分ほど待って着丼、写真の通り鰻1本半のうな重ですから、うなぎの下に米、コメの下にもう一度鰻が隠れています(^O^)息子の嫁曰く『柳川のせいろ蒸しを超えてきましたね‼️』との食レポを頂く程の、備長炭で焼いたタレがかかっているのにサクッとした表面の食感が先ず印象に残り、食べ進むと中は真逆のふんわり食感、いや〜たまらんです‼️‼️知り合いのコメント通り、他のお店には申し訳ないですがお値段高めですが、『うなぎはここでしか食べません❣️』
美味しく頂きました♪
