ひろめ市場、2件目。
まっぷる高知で見つけた、パリパリひとくち餃子。
日曜日に見た時は、注文してから最長40〜50分待ちの時がありましたが、
月曜祝日は、注文してから番号札を渡されたものの、
5〜10分で持ってきてくださいました。
祝日、狙い目ですね。
一口サイズの餃子が、7個。
これで500円は、うん。高いね。
惜しむように、1個1個食べます。
タネは特徴があまりない。
パリパリだけ。
それならこれよりも、揚げ春巻きの方がいいや。
ひろめ市場にはないけど。いや、探せばあるのかな？
あっという間に食べ終わりました。
1個が小指ほどの大きさ。
これなら、2〜3個をまとめて一気に食べたい。
コスパの良くないお店だと感じました。
昔、ナンジャタウンの餃子タウンにあった、チャオチャオ餃子の方がいい。
あれは、同じくひとくち餃子だったけど、流石にもう少し大きくて、
生地が薄くてツルモチなところと、タネの味がしっかりしているところが特徴的だった。
ここの餃子は、ひろめ市場で餃子のお店がここしかないから売れているけれど、
他のお店が餃子を出したら、そちらにお客が流れるのでは、と思いました。
コスパイマイチだけど、ひろめ市場の中ではかぶりがないお店だと思いました。
