Kochi city area. A whale restaurant. Used it for lunch. We were told that the place would be full even during lunch, so we made reservations in advance. It was certainly full at 11:30, right after the store opened, but from the second turn onwards, the number of customers suddenly decreased. The lunch menu is full of set meals. But my goal is whale food. Moreover, I want to drink from noon. What I received was ``Whale Special Selection (Small)'' (3,000 yen), ``Whale Tatsutaage'' (1,100 yen), and special junmai sake (650 yen) of Japanese sake ``Sudokujiri''.With this, the bill was 4,750 yen. The ``Whale Special Selection'' comes with six types of whale sashimi. Saezuri, flower whale, unes, whale bacon, whale red meat, skin whale. Of these, the ones that were particularly delicious were Saezuri and Unesu. Bacon was also good. Best of all, it was in good condition. This is probably because they use a lot of whale meat, as it is a restaurant specializing in whale dishes and it's a fairly large box. "Fried whale Tatsuta". It's completely different from the fried Tatsuta that comes out at school lunch. Although it has a distinctive whale meat smell (which comes out when heated), it is delicious. On the contrary, this smell becomes unbearable when combined with sake. The sake goes well.
