チャーハンは小ぶりと聞いたので無料で大盛りに変更
数分で配膳
◇味玉肉そば
味付けスープは、熟成醤油スープ
具材は豚肉、焼海苔1枚、タマネギ 、刻み青ネギ、柚子こしょうおろし
柚子こしょうおろしが特徴的なラーメンです
麺は黄色い細縮れ麺でスルスルと食べやすい麺です
◇鉄板玉子チャーハン
店員さんが目の前で溶いた生玉子を鉄板皿の中央にあるチャーハンの周りに流してくれます
あとは本人の食べるタイミングチャーハンと混ぜ合わせます
具はチャーシュー、刻みネギ、玉子とシンプル
胡椒の味強めでもう少し塩加減が強いといいかな

熱々ではなかった
今回はニンニクなしでオーダーしました
卓上にある餃子だれと、どろだれラー油、お酢でいただきました
可もなく不可もなくといった感じです
次回は味噌ラーメンを味わってみたいと思います
チャーハンはもういいかな（笑）
