【横須賀市大滝町2-8より移転】 |
今回、お店に伺ったわけではなく、横浜駅近くの百貨店で催されていた第33回かながわ名産展に出展されていた「やまゆり牛のハンバーグ弁当」と「湘南ポークオリーブプレミアムの焼肉弁当」を購入しました。
出展されていたのが横須賀の老舗肉屋の「ヨコスカ松坂屋」が経営している「炭火焼タイガー」だということで、投稿させてもらいます。
だって、投稿せずにはいられない美味しさだから。
普段は銘柄肉に拘りを持たないそうですが、かながわ名産展ということで、今回は銘柄牛肉と銘柄豚肉を使用していました。
質にこだわるというだけあって、両方とも美味しいです。
やまゆり牛のハンバーグは冷めていてもフワフワ感を感じる優しい食感に牛肉感を満喫できるガツンとくる味が口の中で弾けます。娘から少し分けてもらった2口分だけでこれだけの印象を受けました。もちろん娘も大絶賛！
湘南ポークオリーブプレミアムの焼肉は脂身が冷めていてもべたつき感がなく、サラッと食べられる上、赤身の淡い風味と相まって品の良い味が口の中に広がります。
コンビニ弁当のように「温めますか？」が前提でなく、駅弁のように冷めていても美味しいお弁当でした。
おそらく普段お店に行っても食べられるのかどうかわかりませんが、それだけに貴重な味覚体験だったのではと思います。
機会を作って、お店で焼肉も食べてみたくなりました。
