お昼過ぎに利用させていただきました
フードコートの中にあるので、自由席で出来上がりを待つ形になります
今回食べたのは
らぁ麺生ハムフロマージュ
です
麺は細麺で食べやすく、チーズを溶かす前の黄金スープは塩味でさっぱりとしており、これだけでも美味しくいただけます！
真ん中にはチーズが多くのせられていて、溶け出したチーズとスープが混ざり合うと一気にまろやかになり、別のラーメンを食べているような感覚になります！
縁には生ハムが添えられており、味がまろやかになった分、物足りなさを感じた時に良いアクセントになります
良く考えられた良いラーメンだなと感じました！
