神奈川県の県民食(?)、ハングリータイガーへ。人気店で待つのは覚悟で土曜夜6時半到着。整理券を取ると25組待ち。途中キャンセルする人もいたが、着席まで1時間強かかった。
・オリジナルハンバーグ(220g)とリブロース
ステーキ(170g)スペシャルセット 4,550円

レギュラーセットは、ソフトドリンクとライスまたはパンが付き、スペシャルセットはこれにスープとサラダが追加される。着席からメイン料理提供までは約15分で迅速。セットに付くスープは具沢山、サラダはレタスシャキシャキ、マスタードドレッシングも美味しい。ついでにパンも、今時のモッチリではないが、小麦の風味たっぷりの素朴な味で、これはこれでまた良し。
メインのハンバーグは、つなぎをほとんど使わず、肉の旨味をそのまま味わう。ステーキもしっかり分厚くて肉汁たっぷりだが、鉄板でジュージュー状態で来るタイプ。好みは分かれるところだが、これでは食べている間に火が通って、せっかくのミディアムレアがウェルダンになってしまうので、個人的には、皿で提供される方が良かった。
料理提供後に、肉の油が飛んだかもということで、新しい水とおしぼりを出していただくきめ細かいサービスも良かった。店の雰囲気はファミレスだが、従業員の教育がしっかりできていて、気持ち良く食事できた。
武蔵小杉駅前にもかかわらず、グランツリーの駐車場は5千円以上の支払いで3時間無料というのもありがたい。
