食べログで数年前からチェックしていた「丸子屋」に行ってきました。
場所は武蔵小杉と新丸子の間で、東横線沿いの飲食街にあります。
丸子屋は、ニューヨークとパリで世界の超一流シェフが惚れ込んだ幻の尾崎牛専門店。
特にニューヨークでは、$1000ステーキとして話題になったとか。
店内は、カウンター8席とテーブル22席ながら半個室も1部屋あります。
全面喫煙OKですが、テーブルごとの強力換気扇により、隣テーブルのタバコもさほど気になりませんでした。
中ジョッキ（637円）とジンジャーエール（389円）で乾杯。
焼酎や日本酒も豊富で、途中お肉と一緒に黒龍（540円）をいただきました。
まずは、豆もやしナムル（410円）。
丸子屋サラダ（756円）は3～4人分のボリューム。
2人で食べると少し多いですが、和風ドレッシングがおいしくてお肉の前にヘルシーです。
カウンターの上にその日のメニューが出ています。
尾崎牛5種盛りは4枚ずつで7,400円（税抜）。
4枚ずつは多いので、尾崎牛5種盛りをハーフ（3,996円）にしてもらいました。
内容は、マルカワ・シキンボウ・カブリ・肩ロース・タテバラの5部位。
初めての尾崎牛はレベルが高く、味も香りも最高！
タレ・醤油・岩塩・わさび・柚子胡椒の好きなものをつけて食べますが、赤身はお肉の味が存分に味わえ、脂が多い部位は甘さが引き立って5種盛りすべてにとろけました。
ホルモンは、ビタミンや鉄分が豊富なハツ（972円）とシマチョウ（648円）。
脂たっぷりのシマチョウは臭みがなくて食べやすく、胃もたれしない上品なホルモンでした。
最後はさっぱりと冷麺（1,080円）で〆。
2人で9,428円だったので（カードOK）、おいしいお肉を少しだけ食べるならリーズナブルです。
アラサー夫婦ともなると焼き肉も大量に食べられなくなってくるので、いいお肉が食べたくなったらまた再訪したいと思います。
