-Kanagawa Prefecture version- Kitchen Maroyaka Waltz (@maroyakawaltz) in Kawasaki is a homely Bistro where you can enjoy just one drink in a casual atmosphere. This time, I had to stay around here for two nights due to business, so I decided to take a trip to Kawasaki. After enjoying lots of Cow tongue on the first night. As I was walking, thinking that I wanted to go for another drink, something caught my eye and I decided to come here. This time I was full, so I ordered gizzard confit, assorted cheese, and mini potato gratin. And a glass of wine or craft gin. In addition to wine, they also have a wide variety of gin, and the staff will kindly and carefully explain each one. The food was delicious, and so was the alcohol. The first night of our Kawasaki expedition was fun, delicious, and very satisfying.
