【麺処田ぶし 湘南台店】
今日は湘南台に搬送仕事があり、お客さんを自宅にお送りした後に、近くでラー活をとググったら近場がこちらでした。それと勝手にGoogleマップが教えてくれたんだが、なんと9年ぶりの様だ。前回は確か亡くなった母と来たんだったな。
ともあれ、広めで停めやすい駐車場に介護タクシーを収めてから、12時57分頃に入店。
まずはタッチパネル式券売機の上に貼ってあるメニューをにらんだ後にポチリしたのは、黒胡麻ブラック坦々麺(950円)なり。
お好きなカウンター席へどうぞと、スタッフのお姉さんに案内されたので、カウンター席左端に着席すると、水ではなくジャスミン茶を届けに来ていただいたタイミングで、食券を渡すと、｢大盛り無料ですが如何いたしますか？｣の確認があったので、腹も空いていたので大盛りをお願いして着丼を待った。
ちなみに田ぶしさん選択をしたのはもうひとつ理由があった。先日六会日大前のラーメン店に伺い投稿したら、以前は田ぶしの店長をされていたをコメントで知り、源流の片鱗を掴めるかもというのがあったのだ。
程なくやって来た一杯は確かにブラックなルックス。早速動画撮影後にスープをずずずぃーっとな。
ありゃ、コレは今までなかった創作味溢れる味わい。よくある坦々麺のゴマクリーミーはあまり好みがないせいか、私の過去投稿には坦々麺ってあまりないんだが、辛味噌ベースからの黒胡麻香味油の醸し出す風味が実にインパクトあった。つまり美味いってこと。
麺量的にも大盛りでもちょうどいいし、硬さも指定ないが問題なし。
で、チンゲン菜がデカいΣ(ﾟдﾟ；)｡私好きなのでありがたし♪
味玉とチャーシューは及第点で、特筆には至らずだけど、普通にいただけました。
もしも今日が休み前なら、ここからニンニクONになるんだが、仕事中だから控えまして、大人しくコショーフリフリの味変をしつつ、完飲完食しました。
実に個性的な一杯。つけ麺バージョンもあるのが田ぶしさんらしいね♪
というわけで、今日もご馳走様でした(-人-)✨
次回がまた9年後にならない様に気にも留めつつ(*´｀*)♪
