今回は祝日のお昼に伺いました。
予約しないと待ち時間が長いとのことを耳にしていたので公式LINEで予約しました。
駐車場はいっぱいで停めるのが大変でした…。第二駐車場もあります。
〈メニューなど〉
平日のランチですと、好きなほうとうメニュー＋サラダやアイスなど２点選べるセットがありました。土日・祝日はこのセットがないので単品or御膳となります。
私は「黒ごまほうとう」の単品、家族は「カレーほうとう」、「豆乳ほうとう」を注文しました。
〈食べるまで〉
注文から麺を手切り、具材や味付けの見極めを行うなど店主のこだわりがあるので、時間はかかります。入り口付近は寒いので、ブランケットなど防寒できるアイテムを持っていくのをおすすめします。
〈食べた感想〉
汁は濃厚、特に豆乳ほうとうは濃厚クリーミーなので少し刺激が欲しいという方は人気No. 1の「豆乳たんたんほうとう」がいいのかなと思いました。かぼちゃやお芋がほくほくで体が温まりました。ほうとうの食感はやわらかめ？に感じました。寒い日にぴったりでした。
