Fu-fu Shisen is a restaurant that specializes in seafood and vegetable dishes based on Sichuan cuisine, and is particular about the ingredients used. No meat (including processed foods), dairy products, or chemical seasonings are used. Organic vegetables, organic seasonings, and organic sugar beet sugar are used. Only one course per group. Reservations are required by the day before (5:00 p.m.). Veggie courses must be reserved at least two days in advance. *Please note that we may not be able to reply immediately. 1.
