鎌倉で過ごした１日。
ある記念日でもあったので、夕飯はちょっと小洒落た物を食べようという事になり、小町通りからちょっと入った所にあるこちらへ。
雨の日にこの立地なので、先客は２組ほど。
静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で良いですね＾＾
メニューはいろいろあるけれど、今回は「アマルフィイ ディナーコース」〈３５００円〉を選択です。
出て来た順番に。
「季節の前菜盛り合わせ」
鯛の刺身、いろんな野菜、漬け物、プリン、小鉢などが一枚の皿に乗っており、素朴な味わいのパンが後から出て来ます。
一つ一つが繊細に作られており美味。
「本日のスープ」
小さく切った野菜がたくさん入ったスープで、野菜の滋味あふれる美味しいスープです。
「パスタ」
〈しらすと青葉のスパゲッティーニ 食べられるお花を散らして〉
あっさりしたパスタで、思いのほか大量のしらすが入っています。しらすの塩気と爽やかな生の花が相性よい。
〈小柱と季節の根野菜のクリームソース ショートパスタ〉
小柱がたくさんはいっています。
根野菜とありますが。ジャガイモではないし。
クワイのようでもありましたが、そんなもの使わないだろうし。何でしょう？
「メイン」
〈タップナードを乗せてこんがりと焼き上げた鮮魚のソテー ルッコラのピュレをアクセントに〉
いわゆる焼き魚です。
鱈のような印象で、柔らかく下味しっかりで美味しいです。
〈子羊の肩肉のトマト煮込み しょうがのコンフィイを添えて〉
子羊の分厚い肉はとても柔らかく、ナイフがいりません。
子羊自体もそうだが、ソースがうまい。
デザートはパンナコッタとアイスでした。
このお店は静かだし店員さんも優しくてニコニコ感じが良いし、なにしろ好みの料理なので、また利用させて頂きたいと思います。
