真青な空と七里ヶ浜。
湘南とハワイが≒で扱われるのは
海の輝きが似ているからかな。
ワイキキでも人気のビルズ、七里ヶ浜店に行きました。
まずは約1.5Hの待ち・・・・
土曜日だったので覚悟の上ですが、
時間がはやいこともあってなかなか暇つぶしの手段がないので
海沿いの散歩が良いかと思います。
注文したのは
リコッタパンケーキ
フルオージーブレックファスト。王道です。
リコッタパンケーキは、
スイーツよりではなく食事になり得る品。
見た目はシンプル、リコッタチーズが効いていて
独特の風味を味わうことができます。
リコッタチーズはお豆腐みたいな食感といわれますが
なんとなくそんな感じですね。
フルオージーブレックファストは
素材の良いprocessed meat、
ふわとろ卵を楽しめます。
+αのこだわりで、いつものメニューもごちそうになるんですね。
