居酒屋チェーン激戦区の大船に昨年11月オープンした刺身居酒屋うおや一丁大船店。
大船駅東口側、飲食店ビルの4Fにあります。
札幌に3軒のほか、東京、神奈川、千葉、埼玉に出店するこちらの居酒屋は、「札幌でうまれた」刺身居酒屋というふれこみで、ずいぶん以前に銀座本店で宴会をやったときはけっこうよかった記憶があります。
今回こちらにうかがってみて、期待が大きかったせいか、たいしたことないないなぁというのが正直なところです。
居酒屋激戦区の大船では周囲のお店はどんどん進歩していますし、海鮮が豊富なこの地にあっては、少々のことじゃ期待を上回れないというハードルの高さが響いているのかもしれません。
メニューはたしかに魅力的なものがそろっています。
が、刺身居酒屋というわりに、刺身でがっかりしてしまいました。
1人前サイズの桶盛り（504円）を注文しました。
504円の刺身でこれだけのボリュームですから、一昔前なら感動モノだったかもしれません。
が、ライバル店ではもっとレベルがあがってきている気がします。
刺身居酒屋を名乗るのであればもう少し努力してほしいですね。
ちょっと辛口レビューになってしまいましたが、それほど期待せずに宴会とかで訪れたならそこそこ満足できると思います。
そうそう、お通し代として399円というのもちょっとひっかかりますね。
