While drinking the fin sake, I ate this as a snack. First of all, the mackerel was delicious, and then my favorite eel eggs. Just looking at them was enough to make me want to eat them! A happy dish! The sashimi platter was topped with a complimentary piece of sea urchin, which I love, and the fin sake was seriously delicious!
