散歩がてらに見つけた焼きそば屋さん。食感が絶妙で麺のカリカリ部分としっとり部分のバランス、もやしなどの多めの野菜がいい感じ。一見ソースが濃そうだが、ウスター系でサッパリ、程よい辛味もあって食べ飽きさせないクセになる感じ。生たまごを崩しながら熱々の焼きそばに絡める感じが絶妙なので、できれば店舗内でいただくのがオススメ。中盛りは多いかなと思ったけどペロリでした。しょうがと青のりは備え付けです。主人の接客も心地よく、美味しく気持ちよくいただけました。ごちそうさまでした。
