どなたかのブログで“昔の壱六家本店のような味”というのが気になって来てみました。
先ずは麺から。
うん！この麺は美味しい！
茹で加減は普通でも少し固めよりで、ツルツルモチモチ、スープにもよく絡んでる。
気になるスープも旨し！
壱六家本店はシャバシャバなスープなので物足りなかったですが、ここはシッカリとした味で美味しくほぼ飲み干してしまった。
少し自分には塩っぱめだったので、次は味薄めにしようかな。
トッピングも100円以下でお得なので、今度来た時は何かつけよ。
