相鉄線の星川駅から歩いて3,4分のところにあるお好み焼き屋さん。
週末のランチタイムに伺いました。
お店は、鉄板付のテーブル席とカウンター席が有ります。
頂いたのは、広島そば肉玉イカ天ネギかけのお好み焼きです。859円です。お店の方が焼いて下さいます。関西風のお好み焼きやもんじゃ焼きは、テーブルの鉄板で自分で焼くこともできます。
お好み焼きはお皿あるいはテーブル席の鉄板に供されます。私は鉄板を選択しましたが、お好み焼きを頂く際に使用する小さなこてがないため、大きなこてで切り分けてお箸で食べることになります。
お好み焼きは少し水ぽい感じです。食べているうちに水分は徐々に飛んで行きますが、今度はお好み焼きの味わいが気になりました。
ガーリックパウダーや、削り粉があまり使用されてないと思われる事と、キャベツの水分のせいかも知れません。
