COVID-19で、一時期店を閉めたりしてたようですが、
基本、このあたりでは、人気のお寿司屋さんの様で、入れる機会が無かったのですが、
13時少し過ぎに、ふっと入り口から、見ると店内のカウンターに空きがあると気づき、
贅沢はダメと後ろ髪を引かれつつ、お邪魔しました。
店内は、カウンターとテーブル席。
アクリルの仕切り版でCOVID-19対策されています。
カウンター内には2名の職人さんに、女性1名で息の合った対応をしてくれます。
本来、お酒を頂く時間では、無いのですが、赤星があるので、まづは。
そして、握りは、1貫（一個）もお願いでるので、本日のお勧めから握ってもらいました。
神奈川はマスク＆黙食が、基本なので、
握ってくれた大将の説明に頷くだけですが、
これは、塩でとか、醤油、そのまま・・・
頂き方とネタの特徴を教えてもらいながら、じっくりと頂きました。
シャリの形が細長い気がしたのと、酢加減はあっさりしてました。
沖さよりは昆布締め、すま（鰹）、金目鯛は炙り
剣先イカは小さいけど１杯、シマアジ、白エビ、真鯛、
そして、歯応えの良い赤貝、場替貝の味がする青柳。
途中で、ビールが無くなり、秋田のお酒を1合お燗で。
お冷をさっと付けてくれたのも気が利いてます。
白瓜の漬物をサービスしてくれ、手が込んた一品でお酒が進む感じでした。
しかし、これ以上の贅沢はと思いお会計。・・・\6ooo×1.1 税金
COVID-19が収まったら、大将の鮨談義で熱燗を2合ぐらい頂きたいです。
