休日の遅いお昼を星乃珈琲店 横浜霧が丘店さんでいただきました。
以前、星乃珈琲店さんに行った時には早すぎて食事メニューがなかったのですが、今回は問題なく食事をいただけます。
少し待って席に案内していただきました。
相変わらず人気ですね。
今回注文したのは、私はダブルチーズのビーフシチュースフレドリアとバニラのスフレ アングレーズソースと炭火焙煎珈琲、家内は具だくさんの星乃スパゲッティ醤油バター風味とキャラメル りんごのスフレパンケーキ～紫いもアイス添え～(シングル)と星乃ブレンドにしました。
ダブルチーズのビーフシチュースフレドリアはビーフシチューのドリアの上にふわふわの玉子がのっています。
見た目よりはボリュームはないですが、ふわふわ感を楽しむことができます。
バニラのスフレ アングレーズソースは本格的なスフレですね。
専門店と同じとは言いませんが、期待以上に美味しいスフレです。
アングレーズソースを流し込んで食べたら満足です。
炭火焙煎珈琲は酸味少なめ、苦味しっかりで好みの味でした。
星乃珈琲店はかなりスフレ推しのようですが、予想外に美味しいスフレでした。
