白楽駅西口から10分ほどの場所にあるラーメン店。看板は家系で、店主のルーツは大勝軒というユニークなお店である。
前回は家系ラーメンを食べたので、今回はつけ麺をいただくことにした。
◆つけ麺(800円)
◆麺特盛(200円)
・特盛は+200gで合計600g
・グラム表記は茹で後と思われる
つけ汁は酸味を感じたので、独自のアレンジが加えられているように思う。店主は中華圏の方で、そちらの味覚に寄っているのかもしれない。なので唐辛子系との相性は良いと考え、卓上調味料を投入したところ、やはり相性抜群であった。
