かねてから気にはなっていたこちらのお店、ようやく都合が合い行く事ができました。
オシャレなお店でコースを堪能するような中華のお店ですが、汁なし担々麺が美味しいとの事で単品で頼みました。
オーダーして10分程で着丼、麺の下にも白髪ネギを敷くなど見えない部分も含めてキレイに盛り付けてありました。
味の方は、舌あたりの良いピリッとした辛さに少々のシビレ、添えられた香草も相まってオシャレな感じでした。
辛さはそこまで辛くなく、サッと引き尾を引きません。
本来であれば数種類の品の1つとして食べるため口残りしないようにしているのでしょうか。
ファストフードの麺として求めると多少物足りなく感じますが、本来はコースなど他のものと併せて食べると考えると納得のいくものでした。
