クレープだけの評価です。
昔は此処に麻婆豆腐がウリだったお店がありました。麻婆豆腐がウリのお店から、北京ダックがウリのお店に代わりました。｢名人｣が監修しているとの事ですが、｢誰それ？｣って感じです。
日曜日のお昼、小腹が空いたので店外のテイクアウトコーナーで北京ダックのクレープを購入。
その名のとおり、クレープの生地に北京ダックの肉と少量の葉っぱもの、砕いたカシューナッツ等に甜麺醤をかけて出来上がり。作っているお兄さん、手つきが怪しく作りながら手順を思い出しているようです。お金を受け取る方の手でクレープ巻いていますね。。
甘くて厚いクレープの生地に北京ダックを巻く理由が分かりません。味が均一になっていないので、かぶりつく度に違う味です。
ちょっとがっかりで、これも名人プロデュースだったらひどい話しです。
