新しくオープンした小さなイタリアンに初めて足を踏み入れました。
入口には「ハッピーアワー、19:00まで！」と書かれた看板が目を引きます。
中に入ると、こぢんまりとした店内には心地よい賑やかさが漂っています。まずはハッピーアワーのセットをオーダーし、気軽に店内の雰囲気を楽しみました。
盛り合わせには、新鮮なハムがたっぷりと盛られていて、一口食べるとその濃厚な味わいに目が覚めました。チーズとトマトの前菜、野菜のペンネ、そしてお肉の料理をオーダーし、どれも素材の質にこだわった美味しさに感激しました。
特にチーズの濃厚さは、まるでデザートのようでした。シェフは無口ながらも、優しい笑顔で接客してくれました。
ワインも美味しく、あっという間に一本空いてしまいました。気まぐれに〆のトマトクリームのリングイネをオーダーし、その選択は大正解でした。
店内は本当に小さく、一人で訪れるとちょっと緊張するかもしれませんが、料理とサービスの質には満足できました。
特にポルチーニのぷりぷり感や、デザートのパンナコッタの美味しさは際立っていました。店主さんの無口な雰囲気とは裏腹に、料理の品質には真摯に向き合っていることが伝わります。
本場の味を楽しめる本格的なイタリアンで、リーズナブルな価格も魅力の一つです。また、店主さんとのやり取りも心温まり、再訪したくなる理由の一つです。
この小さなイタリアンは、まさに街の隠れた宝石と呼ぶにふさわしい場所でした。
