輸入食品で有名な「成城石井」プロデュースのワインバー。
見かけるたびにほぼ満席。人気店のようです。
中に入ると、雰囲気とはそぐわない喧噪にびっくり。ガヤガヤ。
他の方のレビューにもありますが、隣席との間隔が凄く狭いので
会話のプライバシーはほとんどないと思ったほうがよいでしょう。
お通しは、成城石井オリジナルパン＆オリーブオイル2種。
味の異なるオリーブオイルとパンの相性を探りながら
食べるのが楽しくて、ついついペロリ。
オススメのグラスワインを赤・白ともに1杯ずつ飲み、
（グラスワインは赤の方が美味しかった印象）
白ワインをボトルでいただきました。
◆ゲヴュルツトラミネール(クラレス・ミシュレ)
ライチの香りと花の香りを足したような華やかで甘い香り。
香りに負けないくらい甘味もしっかりしてますが、あと残りが無く上品。
甘美とはこういう味・香りを指すのかも。
ここ最近で飲んだ白ワインで一番美味しい。
せっかくなので料理もちょっとだけ。
◆まるごとモッツァレラ・ブッファラと20ヶ月熟成プロシュートディパルマのルバーラヴァンカプレーゼ
～モデナ産バルサミコとその日のお薦めオリーブオイルで～
なんて長い料理名（滝汗）
目の前でオリーブオイルをかけるパフォーマンス付き。
これだけで美味しさがアップするような気がするから不思議。
モッツァレラチーズはフレッシュで凄いミルク感と
甘くコクがあるのに妙にさっぱりしているバルサミコ酢の組み合わせにハマりそう。
◆丸ごとアワビステーキと16ヶ月熟成グラナパダーノのチーズリゾット
期間限定のメニュー。シメの炭水化物です。
アワビステーキは柔らかく焼き上がり、
贅沢にチーズを使ったであろう密度の濃いリゾットは最強の組み合わせ。
といいつつ別々に食べました。
アワビのじんわりした旨みが消えちゃうからね。
食べごたえのあるリゾットでした。
ラストオーダーとチェックは早めの23時。
（物販コーナーも同時にクローズ）
どの料理名もいちいち長くて全然覚えられそうにないのに、
美味しそうで気になっちゃうのが悔しいなぁ。
今度は噛まずにオーダーするぞ！！
