I went to a long-established Italian Cuisine restaurant that has been in business for 29 years (°▽°) It was recommended to me by a friend, so I went to Kannai for the first time in 10 months✨ Today I would like a course meal (¥8,800) + wine pairing (¥5,980) I did it (o^^o) If you become a member, the course meal will cost 6,980 yen ☆ First of all, the appearance of 2021 Muscadet Sables et Maines sur Lies ☆ A white wine from the Loire region of France that is rich in minerals. It goes well with vegetables (^∀^) It goes really well with the ◯ Assorted Vegetables that came out first ✨ Organic Food vegetables are really delicious (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) It's great to eat with bagna cauda made with Sicilian salt, garlic from Aomori prefecture, and Hokkaido scallop anchovies (*゚∀゚*) The next wine is 2021 Cheverny Blanc, a white wine from the Loire region of France. It's a slightly sweet Sauvignon with a fruity smell that goes well with carpaccio! ◯ Hakodate's Sakura Trout Carpaccio Pairing with wine is the best, the taste of the cherry salmon stands out and the umami of the fat is so delicious. *I ate it and forgot to take a photo (^◇^;) ◯ 5 types of appetizers ・Hokkaido's Water octopus wrapped in additive-free pork ham from Kyushu, paired with German wreath☆ The sweetness of the wine and the saltiness of the octopus and bacon are a perfect match! ️ ・Sardine boiled in tomato stew.I love tomato flavor, so it's the best◎ ・Fromage Blanc They use grass-fed cheese and pair it with Auslese☆ The sourness of the dairy products and the sweetness of Auslese went very well together✨ ・The pate de campagne sauce is the highest grade pistachio sauce from Sicily, and you can enjoy the flavor of pistachio ♪ I was paired with rosé wine, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the taste of the liver ✨ - Fritter with additive-free bacon and It was made with fresh onions. It had a relaxing taste and was gentle (^∇^) Here, I talked to the owner, and he said that once a month, he tastes the wine that goes well with the food with the vendor, and he says that he does this until he gets the perfect match. Of course (・∀・) It's delicious (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) ◯Soup After making the stock with vegetable broth, boiling the pumpkin and adding salt koji, add hazelnut oil. The smell of hazelnuts is really nice (о´∀`о) I thought the vessel was a cup from Kakukai. Lol ◯Pasta There was sautéed pufferfish from Shimonoseki under the pasta, and the taste of pepper spread out ✨ The ovaries were detoxified over two years and the sauce was made with fresh cream ☆ This was served with Pinot Noir Rosé. When you drink it, happiness spreads in your mouth (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) When you pair it with pasta, the creamy taste spreads in your mouth ♪ The noodles are from Awaji Island and are chewy and go well with the cream sauce (^_- ) The red Pinot Noir also provides a sweet taste (*゚▽゚*) ◯Fish dishes ・Japanese mackerel pickled in ginger koji The first dish that came out was the 2021 Muscadet Sable et Maine Sur・Paired with lee ☆ Unlike vegetables, it went great with Spanish mackerel ♪ ・Sauteed monkfish from Hokkaido Underneath was risotto of brown rice and ancient rice, and below that was cream of monk liver ☆ California The Chardonnay goes well with it, and when I ate the monkfish, the taste of the barrel really increased (o^^o) It was so delicious!! ️ Finally ◯ Dessert and coffee You can choose a drink from the carefully selected coffee and tea that are included in the Tamatebako ☆ All of them look delicious, but I chose the delicious coffee ✨ Along with Organic Food pudding and Organic Food Gelato (*^ω^*) I could feel the taste of the ingredients, and I felt the nature in the sweetness of Gelato ☆ The pudding was delicious from the caramel on top, and it was rich and the best (^o^) Coffee I have no complaints❗️ POZ DINING was amazing to say the least✨ So, Italian Cuisine POZ DINING Kannai store was very satisfying and delicious!! ️ Thank you for the meal (*´꒳`*)
