We heartily serve traditional American dishes such as smoked and Barbecue meats. The buns are made from two types of fermented dough, each with a fluffy, soft, and slightly sweet interior, and feature a hearty 7OZ (200g) patty that can absorb the juices from the 100% beef patty. We offer 100% homemade apple pie. Personal review: This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Landmark Tower. Closer to an American restaurant, you can enjoy various breakfast dishes including pancakes and hamburgers. Took the opportunity to try their signature Liz Clarke Double Bubby's Burger, which includes two patties (100g each), country ham, smoked cheddar cheese, onions, pickles and Bubby's special sauce. I've had gourmet hamburgers before, but this hamburger goes beyond that and provides class. Although it's definitely an expensive dish, if you want to spoil yourself with a well deserved hamburger, I'd definitely give it a try!
【感想】みなとみらいで食べれるハンバーガーを検索しヒット、せっかくなので超豪勢にリズ・クラークのダブルバビーズバーガーを注文してみました！サイドにポテト・サラダ・コールスローから選べるのですが、王道のポテトを選択。大きめのポテトフライは良いところで見かけるタイプですね！ハンバーガーは100gのパティが2枚にハム、さらにチーズ、玉ねぎにピクルスとそれらをまとめるバビーズソースとバンズ！ハムの効果なのかチェダーチーズなのか、或いはこの二点のコンボなのか、よく食べるグルメ系ハンバーガーとはまた一段違った高級感溢れる味でした。ちょっと辛味のあるソースが食欲を更に掻き立てて一気に食べちゃいました！贅沢したい気分の時には特にお勧めの一品です～
