野毛界隈新店でも行こうと思い、随分前からBMしていた「如水」さんへ
当初軽く様子でも見て軽く飲んで次にでも行こうと思っていましたが、水炊きが美味しそうで予定を少々変更して、水炊きを食べることに。2人で入りもう1人が合流するのを待ち注文。牡蠣のお通しと「ポテサラ」に、大分名物「ギョロッケ」をビールと熱燗で。
「水炊き」
スープの香りもよくこれだけで期待持てます。
スープには骨付きかしわ肉が出汁と一緒に。
火をつけて店員さんが、野菜、鶏肉、軟骨入りつくねを投入。
いやー、この出汁の味がすごくよくて、鶏肉も美味しい(^^)
むね肉を追加して、しゃぶしゃぶしていただきました。
最後は、雑炊と迷いましたが、今回ラーメンにしました。これも美味いなぁ。スープとよく合う。
お酒は、明るい農村をボトルで入れたので、また寄らせていただきます。
