知人のお勧め初訪問。
2週間前に電話したものの座敷は取れなかったがカウンター3人で取れたとのこと。むしろカウンターの方がこの店はいいのではないかと心のなかで思う。
6,000円2時間飲み放題コース。
お刺身は鮪、鰤の炙りはいいが鯖蛸は今ひとつ。
鮭の鍋は具というよりスープが美味しく飲み干した。
ジャガイモにバターが乗って添えられた塩辛を付けていただくのも美味しかったです。
田舎家同様カウンターで焼いた料理を大しゃもじに乗せて客の前に出して客に取らせる演出です。
カウンターの従業員の提供するときの説明がよく聞こえないので提供された魚が何か分からず少し不満。
田舎家はその点大声でハキハキ説明するので客にちゃんと伝わるのみならず気合も込められ20%増しで美味しく感じさせるパフォーマンスを発揮ししている。
カラフトシシャモだと思うがその天ぷらがこの日1番の出来だったが果たしてそれがシシャモだったか未だに謎‥。
上着は脱いで店員が衣装ビニール入れてくれるので炉端の煙が服に付かなくていい。
