お通しはメジマグロ｡若々しいスキッとした赤身が美味しい｡単品メニューにしてくれれば良いのに‥‥｡
盛込みの煮貝煮蛸はしっとりとしていて、地の旨みがシッカリと煮含められた、酒の蒸発を促す危険なヤツ｡
ほんの少し山椒を振ると更に素晴らしい！
白焼はよく蒸しよく焼きのサクフワ食感｡
蒲焼は安心のよく蒸しよく焼きスッキリダレ｡
タレと鰻の脂の香りを纏った固めご飯もとても好き｡

昨秋に体調崩す前に伺って以来の野田岩さん｡
毎年晩秋から初冬の時期に天然をいただきに来るのだけれど、昨年はドクターストップ｡
復調し、今日はチートデイと設定して久々の鰻呑み｡
2階の一つづつ違う照明が剥き出しの飾り梁から吊られた蔵みたいなホールの雰囲気が好き｡
中居さんたちの落ち着いた接客も気持ちをゆったりさせてくれて酒がうまい！
