Food Wood-fired cuisine that brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients using skillful techniques
We use as many ingredients as possible from within a 50km radius of Yokohama, sometimes slowly cooking them over a distant fire for several days, and sometimes cooking them momentarily over a roaring fire. The ``24-hour pasteurized crispy grilled pork belly with sambai vinegar'', which is grilled crispy on the surface and finished with homemade sambai vinegar, is a gem. Please enjoy a variety of menu items that make full use of ``scorch cooking'' to bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients, along with sommelier-selected wines and cocktails that go well with your meal.
