横浜の方達と呑む機会があり、店を予約して頂きました。
週末で混んでたのもあったのかな？
予約人数が当初より減ったのですが
キャンセルできないとの事。
こちらの不備ですがコース料理は仕方ないとしても飲み放題の金額はキャンセルできても良いと思います。
2時間制ですがスタートするなり、
料理がテーブル置けない位に来ました。沖縄野菜チップ、サラダ、牛ステーキ、ゴーヤチャンプル、沖縄天ぷら、チーズフライ、春巻き、デザート
びっくりしたのはアルミのビールジョッキが半分が見えない底上げされてました。
こちらは飲み放題だから良いのですが
これ単品ジョッキで頼んだら、、、、
終盤ギリギリに来た方もあわてて食べてる途中で「次のお客さん来るんで
もう良いですか？」
と言われ、、、終始何しろ早く飲食して帰って下さいと言わんばかりでしたので残念です。
久しぶりに接客で気分悪くなりました。
言い方って大事ですね。勉強になりました。
