再訪です。先ず、うどんそのものを食べて感動した後、たまごや薬味を入れて食べて下さい。小麦の香り、コシとのど越しどれを取っても大変美味でした。うどん巡礼の一軒目に選ぶと二軒目以降のうどん屋さんの評価が辛くなりますのでご注意‼️

かの有名な、映画UDONで最初にでて来る店。製麺所なので、熱いか冷たいか？あとサイズのみ。熱いやつをオーダーすると暖かいうどんのみ丼に入って出て来るスタイルは不変。置いてある卵を割り入れ生醤油とネギに粗みじんにされた地元の唐辛子を適量入れて混ぜていただく。小麦の、香りは初めて食べた時より少ないけれどやはり美味しい。小麦ので香りがするもちもちのうどんと地元の醤油他のハーモニーを感じながら食べる幸せがたった230円。最高です。ご馳走様でした。またまた伺わせていただきます。
