高松城を観光した後で電車の時間と相談し、行けそうな範囲で一番よさそうなこちらのお店を訪ねてみました。昼２時前ですが結構混んでますね。食べてる間もお客が次から次へと来るので地元の人気店のようです。先に天ぷらをとってからうどんを注文するタイプでオリーブ卵肉うどんと昆布の天ぷらにさらに骨付鳥とビールを注文しました。
うどんは温かいものをお願いしましたが肉の煮汁で甘くなった出汁とあわせると優しい味わいでなんとも和みます。麺は期待していたよりももちもちとしていて美味しいです。昆布天は見たことがないので頼んで見ましたが巻いた昆布を揚げてあって、かなり食べごたえがあります。これで80円は安いな～
骨付鳥は時間がかかるようで途中で持ち帰りに変更して家で味わいましたが以前に丸亀で食べたものとは全く違いますね。骨付き唐揚げってところでしょうか。手作りの柚子胡椒は美味しかったです。
