１０月にしては暖かい日、花巻の某有名店を目指してバイクを走らせます。
しかし諸事情により一ノ関辺りで断念。
川崎の町外れ「丸宝食堂」さん訪麺です。
午後１時を過ぎていますが駐車場にはクルマが10台以上です。
とりあえず空きがあったので愛車を滑り込ませます。
並ぶ事なく入店しお一人様を告げるとカウンターを案内されます。
速攻でラーメンを注文します。
メニューを見ながら辺りを見回すとほぼ満席です。
人気店ですね。
スタッフの動きは流れるようでたちまち着丼です。
オーソドックスな見た目ですね。
安心感と期待を膨らませながら細麺を一口啜ります。
いいですね。ほっとする味です。
何かが強く主張している訳でなくトータルバランスがいいですね。
いま流行りの節系とかパイ系とかインスパイアとか真逆の感じです。
冷えた体、心まで温かくなる一杯でした。
基本の出来てるラーメンですので他の中華メニューも気になる所です。
