懐かしい味とめだか米
千厩町から川崎町へ続く北上川沿いの道は視界が広くてドライブも快適です。
松山だったかな？レトロな街並みをゆっくり散歩してみたいなあ。
周辺の町では食堂を探すのも苦労しますが薄衣はレストランがたくさんあります。
昔ながらのラーメンがあるとのレビューを見まして訪問しました。
⬜ラーメンとキクラゲと豚肉と玉子炒めに半ライス850円
ラーメン＝鰹節が薫る透き通ったスープがしみじみ美味しい。好きだなぁ。
キクラゲ＝ミニとあるけど結構ボリュームあります。なかなか本格的な味です。
ライス＝めだか米。めだかが泳ぐ清らかな水で育った安全なお米。新米かな？美味しい。
おたまじゃくしが泳いでいるのは見たことあるけどこれは凄いよね！
この辺は雪が少なくて住み易いんだろうな。
リピート決定！

何代目なのかな？
ラーメンは歴史を繋いだ奥深い味わいがします。
でも、それだけじゃない｡
五目あんかけ焼きそば
何から何まで全てが完璧です！
本格中華を修業しなければこの味は出せないでしょうね。
ランチセットのエビチリも旨そうでした。
ご主人間違いなくコース料理も作れそう。
