花巻（旧東和町）の有名なパン屋さんです。
田園地帯の小高い丘の上に佇むパン屋さんで宮沢賢治の作品をもじった店名には愛嬌が感じられます。
店内はウッディーで落ち着いた雰囲気の空間になっています。
色々な種類のパンがあって迷いましたが今回はワインのお供になりそうなクロワッサン・塩パン・木の実のパンを購入。
【クロワッサン】（194円）
ほど良く塩気の利いたサクサク食感のクロワッサンです。
マーガリンを使用しているのかバターの風味に乏しくやや物足りない印象です。
【塩パン】（178円）
ソフトタイプの塩パンです。
こちらもマーガリンを使用しておりバターの風味を期待する人にはやや物足りないかもしれません。
【木の実のパン】（324円）
ドライフルーツとナッツがふんだん入ったハード系のパンです。
ずしっとした重みがあり食べ応えがあります。
今回はテイクアウトしましたが田園地帯の丘の上に佇むお店からの眺望は素晴らしくイートインコーナーでの食事も楽しそうです。
