なのにすみません、、、私、日本酒呑めません((涙))
以前友達から美味しそうなシメサバの写真が添付で送られてきて、どうしてもどうしても食べたくて、ムリ言って連れていってもらいました。
入って座って注文してお料理食べて・・・
なるほど、Barですね。
店内にも書いてありましたが、居酒屋ではなくBarです。
好きな日本酒を自分のペースで飲む。
知らない銘柄は少量頼んで味を比べる。
そして好みの1杯を見付ける。
それでも迷ったら、マスターに自分の好みを伝えオススメを聞く。

オトナのためのお店です。
お料理も、みんなでわいわい食べるんではなく、おいしいものを少しずつ味わいながらお酒とともにいただく。
そんなお店でした。
期待していたシメサバ、期待通りにおいしかったです。
しめすぎずでもだらけた味でなく、けして作り置きはできないその日・そのときだけの逸品です。
このさばと金目鯛の握りがまたおいしい。シャリは固めで主張し過ぎない酸味・甘みなので、金目の甘さの邪魔をしません。
日本酒が呑めるようになりたいです・・・
