前から金沢駅に新しいお店がOPENするということで気になっていました。
新しくできたビルの1Fに10/27にOPENしたみたいです。
入ってビックリしたのが店内のこだわりです…
すごいキレイな店内とカウンターで食事をしたのですが、
目の前の職人さんの臨場感がすごい！！
金沢の居酒屋ではあまりない感じです。。。
料理もお刺身とチーズなど新しい食べ方でいただきました。
これがチーズが一瞬で口の中から無くなり、魚と合うことにビックリ…
お酒も料理も雰囲気も良かったです。
次回は接待でご利用しようと思いました。
