初めての北陸（金沢）旅行だから
『金沢名物を食べたい！！』
っとお願いし、予約してもらいました。
カウンターと座敷があるようですが、店主が面白いので是非カウンターで食事してください。
少し遅めの予約だったため、手が空いた合間に手品を見せて頂きました。
料理は勿論、店主との会話も楽しんで下さい。
料理はコースで時期のものを美味しく頂きました。
冬に行ったため、脂ののったブリや身が詰まった香箱ガニ、締めの名物うどんと大満足。
次は単品で白子の天麩羅を頂こうと思います。
