仕事で古河市へ行った帰りに利用しました
本格手打ちラーメンという大きな黄色い看板が目に入って来たからです
店内の客の入りは7.8割
なかなかの人気のようですね
注文は
・手打ち中華そば‥650円
・餃子‥380円

ラーメンの王道といったビジュアルです
本格手打ち麺
幅広のピロピロで、手打ち感バリバリ
ただ、美味しいんだけど、ちょっと私には柔らかいですね
硬めでお願いされば良かったです
スープはマイルドな醤油味
やや化調多めか
チャーシューは脂の少ない部位で好みです
・餃子
餡は野菜が中心で食べやすい
サイズも丁度よい
ちなみに、今日頂いた中華そばと餃子の値段をたすと、1030円
