ようやく鯛しゃぶのコースのあるお店を発見し予約し、握りと串天ぷら六へお訪ねしました。
プラス1,000円と言う安さで飲み放題もできたのは凄く良かったですし、ビールの注ぎ方や飲み放題のクオリティも高く大満足で、グビグビと飲めて楽しめました。
･前菜1：手羽元と大根の煮物
･前菜2：鴨肉のお刺身
前菜はどちらもネット情報とは全く違うものが出てきました。
･特選お造り3種盛り合わせ…生本鮪中トロ、生本鮪赤身、活シメ真鯛
･国産三元豚と香味野菜の豚しゃぶサラダ
･日高昆布と浅利出汁の鯛しゃぶ…期待値が高すぎたせいか、鯛しゃぶなのに、鰤もあり、鰤の方が量も多くて、鯛しゃぶではなくて鯛と鰤しゃぶと記載してほしかった！ 凄く残念でした！！！ 鯛しゃぶをもみじおろしとポン酢で食べたかったのに、もみじおろしもなくてもっと残念でした！
・本日の天ぷら3種盛り合わせ…丸ごと食べられる脱皮仕立ての海老、白ぎす、旬の無農薬野菜はサツマイモでした。
・本日のお任せ握り3貫…まぐろ、鰤、鯛でした。
･有頭海老の香草パン粉焼き…これは美味しくいただけました！
･シメの蕎麦
店員さんのご対応も非常に柔らかく優しく、そしてオーダーにも迅速に反応していただき、とても満足いく時間を過ごせました。
食材や料理はとても価格以上の美味しさで、素晴らしいと思いました。
料理や店員さんたち、お店自体においては、何度でも通いたくなるクオリティのお店でした。
