所用で出掛けた帰りに遅めのランチ。
肉を食べて体力をつけましょう。
私はサーロインのM（200g）、夫はＬ,
ランチなので、スープ、サラダ、ライスorパンが付きます。
スープはキャベツとベーコンのコンソメ風。
サラダはレタス、キャベツ、ミニトマトに坂東太郎の金ゴマドレッシングがかかっています。
ライスも盛りがいい。
お肉は旨味もあり、柔らかくソースもほんのりガーリックで美味しい。
